'SUNSETTER' - Newly Renovated 4 bedroom 3 Bath Beach House located in Surf City on Long Beach Island New Jersey. This oceanside home is located one off ocean with beach access and no streets to cross to get to the beach. The house was totally gutted and renovated and refurbished by a professional decorator to provide a relaxed beachy feeling. The house is a two story home with central air and gas heat with numerous decks and plenty of large windows for views of the ocean. There are cathedral ceilings in the living room, dining room, kitchen 'Great Room' and in the master bedroom suite. There is ceramic tile and wood pergo on all floors for ease of cleaning. The house has plenty of off street parking and a new outside shower. It is located near miniature golf, many family activities, kid friendly restaurants, ice cream stands and bicycle rental stores etc. Groups and Proms $800-$1600 extra depending on size of group and days chosen.
